  • When will my order ship?
    Koi Rose takes pride in making sure that each order is fresh prior to shipping . Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. When your shipping label is created you will receive an e-mail containing your orders tracking number.
  • What is your return policy?
    For a full refund please return the unburned Koi Rose candle within 14 days of delivery. You are fully responsible for the return shipping fees. If the candle has already been burned you are not eligible for a refund.
  • Why are the candles made with Soy Wax only?
    We use soy wax to give our customers the best possible scent throw. One of the benefits of soy wax is that the candle will burn slower and longer, this means your candle will last longer.

About us

After spending time experimenting with candle making I knew this was something that I enjoyed enough to share with others. I started this business in 2020 which was the most difficult time to start a new venture. However, I knew how much a simple candle could add to the aura of your home (which is where we were spending all of our time that year). This brand is a passion project more than anything. I can only hope that you enjoy your candles and that they bring serenity and peace to whatever space you choose.
